Dark is all I see
Shadows that conceal
All that used to be
Some day when I’m gone
Someone may recall
Pictures I had drawn
‘Fore my tragic fall

Very dark. Just hammerin' away with the negatives. Somehow reminds me of a story I once read… \” I look around me, and lo… on EVERY face a black veil!\”

Dang. Compelling quote Tom. Looked it up – Natty Hoth. \”The Minister's Black Veil.\” Mayhaps a book club story for the future!
